The Evansville man accused of making video threats against the lives of several public figures has pleaded guilty to four counts of felony intimidation.
Prosecutors accuse 25-year-old Ebon Ellis with making two threatening Facebook Live posts.
In them, Ellis allegedly called for acts of violence against Mayor Lloyd Winnecke, City Council President Alex Burton, Police Chief Billy Bolin, and E-P-D officer Phillip Smith.
Ellis will be sentenced November 13.
