A man is booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond.
58 year old Mark Jeffers is charged of sexual misconduct with a minor.
The incident reportedly took place last August.
Detectives say Jeffers admitted to the accusations saying they were true, and asked them to apologize to the victim.
