The Town Council of Santa Claus Indiana gives the nod on second reading of an ordinance to rezone property around Christmas Lake golf course.
The ordinance removes the agricultural zoning on the back nine of the course, and the R2 Zoning from the front of the property.
Developers would have to go before the council with any proposals for the property.
The rezoning won’t affect the golf course at all.
