Ever since I moved here from Northern Michigan in 2018, I’ve been intrigued by Evansville’s “West Side” culture. I don’t live on the West side, however our radio stations are located here. Since I’m on the West side daily for work, I eat lunch, grab drinks, and even get my hair cut in this neighborhood. I’ve learned that “West Siders” certainly have their own culture, and are a fairly close-knit group of folks. Since this would have been “Fall Festival” week, I figured who better to have a conversation about West Side culture than a member of the Nut Club. Thank you To Ed Dietz for taking the time to talk to me.
