Officials in Kentucky are modifying their recommendation that counties in the highest designation of COVID-19 infection stick to virtual learning only.
Public Health Commissioner Dr. Steven Stack now says that decision should be based on the total action the community is taking.
Both Henderson and Union Counties are in that group, known as “red” counties.
