Police in Jasper say they were contacted Saturday morning about a woman being treated for sexual assault.
After talking to the victim, police located 31 year old Francisco Perez at a Dubois County work release center.
He was charged with rape and criminal confinement and bond was set at $20-thousand cash.
He has a room at the Dubois County Jail
