An investigation is underway after human remains were found in Daviess (DAVY’s) County, Indiana.
Sheriff’s deputies found the remains along Hawkins Creek, just east of County Road 300 West.
As a courtesy, the family of Dan Grannan was notified.
Grannan was 72 years old when he went missing over 13 months ago.
However, officials stress that they do not have any evidence to tie the discovery to Grannan.
