The man accused of shooting and killing Nichole Merrell and injuring a toddler has been returned to Hopkins County.
32 year old Dennis Stone surrendered last Saturday at Metropolitan Nashville Police and waived extradition.
He’s been booked into the Hopkins County Jail charged with murder, assault and wanton endangerment.
