The Kentucky State Fair opens today, and like many other things, it’s going to look a lot different than in years past.
For one thing, the crowds along the midway, and those in the exhibit halls won’t be there.
The eleven day event is open to participants only, and they will be subject to temperature checks as they enter each day.
The World Champion Horse Show and livestock competitions, with 36-hundred entries, are still scheduled.
The 116th Kentucky State Fair runs today thru August 30.
