A Chandler man was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on allegations of child molestation that happened nearly four years ago.
Records say 31 year old Alan Grimwood visited the home of the victim, who came to get her father when a group of kids were arguing in another room.
The victim’s father left the room and the victim sat on a footstool near Grimwood, who asked to rub her back.
It was at that point that he touched her inappropriately.
The victim told Holly House counselors that she became uncomfortable and left the room.
Grimwood remains in jail in lieu of $10-thousand bond.
