Uncertainties concerning the COVID 9 virus leads the City of Owensboro to reschedule the HydroFest racing event.
It was originally scheduled for August 15 ad 16 on Owensboro’s downtown riverfront.
Race officials say they will be guided by the county health department as they reschedule the festivities to September 12 and 13.
