A second teen is in custody after a gun was fired inside a car over the weekend in Owensboro.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday.
He is charged with wanton endangerment, unlawful imprisonment, and possession of a handgun by a minor.
The unlawful imprisonment charges stem from the teen allegedly refusing to let two passengers get out of the car during a traffic stop.
A spent .45-caliber shell casing and two live rounds were found inside the car.
Police also charged a 16-year-old with evading police and wanton endangerment.
