Indiana State Police will partner with the DEA on Saturday for “Prescription Drug Take Back”.
The initiative seeks to prevent prescription drug abuse and theft through proper disposal of prescription drugs.
This program is for liquid and pill medications.
Vaping pens without batteries and vaping cartridges will also be accepted.
Needles, new or used, WILL NOT be accepted for disposal.
This service is free and anonymous, with no questions asked.
Drop off unwanted medications at the Indiana State Police post on Highway 41 North in Evansville from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
