Governor Mike Braun has extended his suspension of Indiana’s gas tax holiday through October 6.
The governor says that affordability is his top priority, and the gas tax suspensions are delivering the cheapest gas in America for Hoosiers.
Governor Braun will reevaluate in 30 days to determine whether another pause is necessary.
This comes just in time as around 2 million Hoosiers take to the roads over the Labor Day weekend.
