An Evansville woman will serve prison time after being convicted of drug dealing charges in Posey County.
Misty Cunningham admitted to possessing more than ten grams of meth with intent to distribute.
Last October, a Mt. Vernon Police officer pulled her over for speeding.
Cunningham was not only driving on a suspended license, but multiple baggies of meth were found between the driver’s seat and the center console.
She will serve twelve years in prison, followed by five years on community corrections and then three years on probation with substance abuse treatment.
