A man has found himself in trouble with the law for the 4th time after winning Kentucky’s $167 million Powerball.
James Farthing was arrested Monday for domestic violence after allegedly assaulting a woman.
The female victim reported a verbal argument that turned physical when Farthing began strangling her.
His bond was set at $15,000.
He is ordered to have no contact with the victim.
His previous arrests were for intimidation, burglary, battery, and resisting an officer.
