A Tell City Police Sergeant was honored for her service and sacrifice with the unveiling of a memorial monument.
A portion of State Road 237 will also be renamed in her honor.
On July 3, 2023, Sergeant Heather Glenn responded to a call at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
During an exchange of gunfire, Sgt. Glenn was shot and killed.
For more than two decades, Glenn served the citizens of Tell City with courage, compassion and unwavering dedication.
