Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry is working on her 2027 budget with the help of taxpayers.
Hundreds of residents took part in an online survey on their concerns and priorities in city services.
The survey showed the top four services as affordable housing, clean water, maintenance of city facilities, roads and sidewalks, and code enforcement.
The community will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the city’s budget during public hearings before the final City Council vote in October.
