The Illinois woman accused of killing her husband is seeking a change of venue.
Megan Valentine was arrested in Edwards County back in November 2024 after she allegedly shot and killed her husband, Judge Michael Valentine, at their home in Albion.
He had served as the county’s judge since 2016 and as the state attorney for eight years before that.
No word on when the presiding judge will make a ruling.
