The Evansville Police Department is warning the community about using Orbeez guns in public places.
The guns are designed for recreational use, but can still cause injury and property damage.
They can also potentially be mistaken for real firearms, especially in public settings.
EPD says use of these items to shoot at others, vehicles, or homes, or engage in “play fights” in public places can lead to serious safety concerns and may result in criminal charges and potential City Ordinance violations.
