A Kentucky woman is facing multiple charges in Gibson County.
Law enforcement officers were on routine patrol in Oakland City near the intersection of Jackson and Morton Street when they observed what appeared to be a disturbance.
While speaking with the female, she attempted to give a false name.
Once she realized that she had been identified, she ran from the scene.
After a brief foot pursuit, Samantha Hudspeth was taken into custody.
She was charged with Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of Meth, Possession of a Legend Drug, and Paraphernalia.
