Mayor Stephanie Terry, along with the Public Works Division, announced a two-week, citywide pothole repair and street marking blitz.
The pothole repair blitz will take place through Friday, during which crews will mobilize across the city to repair more than 1,000 potholes.
Next week, traffic engineering crews will repaint stop bars and directional arrows at intersections with higher-than-average accident rates, refreshing around ten intersections.
Since January 1, Street Maintenance has repaired more than 5,600 potholes across the city.
