Noah Hogan, the teen charged with murder, will be in court this afternoon.
The 16-year-old is accused of killing Trey Leavell at the Village Green Apartments.
After the shooting, Hogan ran, but was later found on Shamrock Court.
Police say Hogan went with his sister to the apartment to pick up her child.
She was in a relationship with Leavell and was in the process of splitting up.
She told officers that she got into an argument with Leavell.
That’s when Hogan shot him.
Leavell also drew a weapon.
Hogan will be tried as an adult.
