A man is dead, and a 16-year-old is in custody after a shooting on Evansville’s east side.
Yesterday, around noon, officers were dispatched to the Kimber Green Apartment complex.
Multiple 9-1-1 callers reported hearing gunfire, and a man was down on the sidewalk.
Hogan is charged with Murder, Criminal Recklessness, Dangerous Possession of a Weapon by a Child, and Obstruction of Justice.
Due to the nature of the crimes charged, Hogan has been waived to the adult court.
