The City of Evansville has asked for an emergency raze order for a north side mobile home park.
The community sits along Oak Hill Road and has not been kept up by the landowner.
Numerous units sit abandoned and damaged from fires and looting.
EFD has responded to 5 house fires since 2024.
The City has reached out to the owner, who is based in Florida, without success.
The order would allow demolition of 10 empty, decaying homes.
The bill will be sent to the owner.
