A Sebree, Kentucky, man will serve 15 years in prison after being convicted of drug dealing in Posey County.
In August of 2024, Benjamin Ballard was pulled over for speeding and failing to have a working license plate light.
When speaking with Ballard and his passenger, the deputy observed suspicious behavior, including shaking, sweating, and nervousness.
Ballard gave law enforcement consent to search his vehicle, where they found 60 grams of meth.
Ballard has prior criminal convictions out of multiple states, including Indiana, Kentucky, and Georgia.
