Madisonville Police say a man is in jail for filming up a woman’s skirt at Marshalls.
The victim told officers that she saw a man, later identified as Wayne Richardson, filming up her skirt while she was shopping with her two children.
When police arrived, Richardson was long gone.
Authorities were able to identify him following a thorough investigation.
Both Madisonville Police and Kentucky State Police troopers made contact with Richardson at his residence.
Following an interview, Richardson was taken into custody without incident.
He is charged with Video Voyeurism and is being held on a $3,000 bond.
