A second victim, who was injured during a hit-and-run accident last week, has died.
The Daviess County Coroner’s Office has identified the second victim as 53-year-old Jerry Mounce.
The female pedestrian who was also killed in the hit-and-run was 39-year-old Amanda Foster.
The driver, 21-year-old Anderson Xol of Owensboro, was arrested after he returned to the scene.
He faces multiple charges, including leaving the scene of an accident and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Investigators will be seeking to amend the charge of 1st Degree Assault to Murder.
