One person sustained serious injuries after the car they were riding in hit a home.
EPD responded to the 1300 block of Pollack Ave around 3:00 Saturday morning for a rollover crash.
Once on scene, officers found an SUV lying on its side with the front end inside someone’s home.
The passenger was found with a large head wound.
Officers say the driver, 43-year-old Jarrell Madison’s breath test was well over the legal limit.
He allegedly told police that no one was driving the vehicle when the crash happened.
He was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond.
