A Hopkins County man is accused of causing a scene outside of Mister Taco on Sunday afternoon.
Madisonville police were dispatched to the restaurant in regards to a man lying underneath a vehicle, refusing to move.
27-year-old Dustin Holt was found on his back, shirtless, and clinging to the undercarriage of a car.
Once Holt crawled out, he was cuffed and taken to jail.
During a search, police found a bag of suspected synthetic drugs and a smoking pipe with burnt residue inside his jacket pocket.
He faces several charges, including public intoxication, possession of drugs, and resisting arrest.
