Evansville police approached a truck stopped in the middle of First Avenue and Uhlhorn around 11 pm Saturday.
Several calls had come in about a truck in that vicinity, driving all over the road.
50-year-old Shonda Seide was in the truck, with a partially drunk bottle of vodka on the floor.
A breathalyzer test showed she had a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit.
She was lodged in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
