Day two wrapped up yesterday for 16-year-old Isam Clark, who is charged with the murder of Dalton Collins.
Each person directly involved in what police call a “deal gone wrong” took the stand.
Zachary Kiper says he was in the car with Collins when he was shot.
Kiper says he was shot too and returned fire when the shooting started.
Ethan Baughn told the court that he arranged the drug deal from Indianapolis.
He stated it was only meant to be a robbery.
Derrick Brifil, who is also charged with the murder, says he was trying to give a signal to Clark to start the robbery.
Day three will get underway later today.
