A suspicious package found near the Evansville Costco has been found not to be a threat.
The call about the package came in about 3:20 Saturday afternoon, and it was found between two parked cars in the parking lot.
EPD’s Hazardous Devices and numerous other Evansville Police units responded.
They detonated a small explosive device near the package to test it.
The package was found to have no sinister purpose.
