An Evansville contractor is back in jail, charged with theft and fraud.
44-year-old Ricky Plunkett was arrested in February on another fraud case.
His contractor’s license had expired following customer complaints of fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
He is also facing a sexual battery charge and will go to trial in March.
Plunkett was released on $1,000 cash bond.
