A Perry County mother is charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury.
48-year-old Beth Coyle has allegedly refused to get treatment for her child, who has a potentially life-threatening condition.
This has resulted in permanent damage to the child.
Last summer, Coyle was sentenced to probation in a child molesting case.
She is back in the Perry County Detention Center.
