A deal has been reached for a Tell City Woman who ran over a teenager while under the influence of marijuana.
In February 2024, Hannah Kleeman ran over a 15-year-old girl as she was crossing 12th Street.
After credit for time served, Kleeman was sentenced to five months probation.
Her license will be suspended for six months.
She has been ordered to complete a substance abuse and mental health evaluation and attend a Victim Impact Panel.
The injured teen spent months recovering.
