Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has petitioned the state board to extend the suspension of a Newburgh Chiropractor’s license.
Last July, Aaron King’s license was put under an emergency suspension for accusations of sexually abusing a patient at her home.
Documents claim King messaged the 15-year-old during his time at Core Chiropractic.
The patient got a protective order against King.
Another patient, 17 at the time, was sent an unsolicited photo allegedly by King.
Court records still show no criminal charges for King.
