There has been another arrest following a shooting that injured an Evansville Police Officer.
The serial number of the gun belonging to the alleged shooter, Jailani Chew, was traced back to 25-year-old Maurice Cobb.
Surveillance footage showed that Chew was with Cobb when two guns were purchased from a store.
When police searched Cobb’s home, they found guns, ammunition, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
He is facing several charges, including false statement on a consent form and dealing marijuana.
