An Evansville woman involved in a crash is facing several charges, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
26-year-old Najah Mitchell was driving west on Morgan Avenue when she attempted to switch lanes and struck a person on a scooter.
Mitchell told police that she had two beers before getting behind the wheel.
She failed a field sobriety test and had a BAC of .116.
Police also found marijuana while searching Mitchell’s property.
