Famous Neighborhood Resident Passes Away

For folks in the Evansville neighborhood of Goosetown Leonard Collins was known to many as the “Mayor of Goosetown”
Collins has passed away.
Vanderburgh County Sheriff Noah Robinson and Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry posted tributes to their social media pages.
Mayor Terry says Collins served his neighborhood by registering voters, working the polls and advocating for others.
