A former Henderson police officer is facing drunk driving charges.
49-year-old Gregory Durbin passed an officer on Green River Road without his headlights on.
He was pulled over in the 5200 block of Covert Avenue.
Officers say they could smell alcohol on Durbin.
After taking a breathalyzer test, his BAC was .186.
Durbin admitted to police that he had a few drinks before leaving a friend’s house.
Durbin was taken to jail and charged with DUI.
