There’s been an arrest in the murder of Norman Ellerbrook that happened in 1993.
Indiana State Police and the FBI arrested 61-year-old Timothy Farber of Evansville.
On September 2, 1993, Ellerbrook was found by his roommate at the bottom of the basement stairs.
In addition to a blunt head wound, he had been stabbed.
DNA evidence led authorities to Farber’s arrest.
Farber also confessed to another murder and spent decades in prison.
