A Hopkins County man was arrested for allegedly leaving his toddler in a vehicle.
Madisonville Police were called to the area of Noel Avenue around 1:00 Monday morning for a report of a child being left in a vehicle for about two hours.
Police located a car with a busted window and a child inside wearing a seatbelt.
The father of the child told officers he came to the apartment to “check on his girl”.
28-year-old Kealbrett Pauley was taken to the Hopkins County Jail.
He is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and abandonment of a minor.
