Civic leaders and protest organizers alike are touting the fact that weekend demonstrations in Evansville were peaceful.
Several hundred protesters took to the streets in Evansville Saturday, with no incidents reported.
Several other gatherings were held around the tri-state this weekend.
No disturbances were reported.
