A West Virginia man is facing theft charges in Gibson County.
Wednesday afternoon, Central Dispatch received a report of a vehicle stolen from Harrison County, West Virginia, that was parked at the Flying J.
Multiple law enforcement officers were dispatched to the scene.
Joseph Flemings was located with the Hyundai Tucson and questioned.
He was booked into jail and charged with auto theft and driving with a suspended licence.
