It started when deputies attempted to stop a gray Camry near the intersection of First Avenue and Mill Road.
The vehicle continued southbound, proceeding through several intersections before turning onto SR 66.
The vehicle reached speeds of nearly 100 mph before turning around.
Stop Sticks were deployed near Detroy Road, causing the vehicle to lose a tire and crash into a guardrail.
The passenger was transported to the hospital with a hip injury.
The 16-year-old is facing a list of charges, including reckless driving and auto theft.
