Tuesday morning, an Indiana State Trooper was patrolling I-69 near Bloomington when he attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding.
The driver refused to stop and continued south, reaching speeds over 100 mph.
On several occasions during the chase, the trooper observed the driver and passenger throw objects from the window.
When the chase made it into Gibson County, stop sticks were deployed, which deflated two of the tires, ending the 89-mile chase.
27-year-old Geonovan Bailey and 25-year-old Tiona Sullivan, both of Evansville, were arrested.
Troopers found a small amount of meth inside the truck.
