Police are investigating an incident involving a guy with a gun and a unicycle.
EPD was called to the area of W. Illinois and N. Tenth Street around 12:30 Sunday morning.
Officers spoke with a Lyft driver and her three passengers, who claim the suspect on the unicycle pulled a gun on them during an argument.
29-year-old Patrick Donovan allegedly punched her side window and continued shouting and waving the gun as she drove away.
Donovan was found with a loaded handgun in his waistband.
He says the driver tried to pull out in front of him, and he never pointed a gun at anyone.
He was arrested and charged with pointing a firearm.
