This is the last week of operations for the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library’s Red Bank location.
The public is invited to celebrate and add a message to the farewell wall.
Today, attendees can make their own stained glass to honor the branch’s iconic “Heidi” stained glass window.
On Thursday, library officials will hold an informational meeting from 6 PM to 7:30 PM regarding the building’s demolition.
The plan is to tear down the current building and put a new one in its place.
