Authorities are coming forth with more details about a shooting incident at Kentucky State University’s campus on Tuesday.
One student is dead, and another is in critical condition after a personal dispute escalated.
The Frankfort campus was locked down yesterday, just days before final exams.
The suspect is 48-year-old Jacob Lee Bard of Evansville.
He is facing murder and assault charges.
